AI Freight Intel began publishing before this website carried issue pages. Our deployment history shows the first issue served on aifreightintel.news was Issue 004, on July 10, 2026. Issues 001 through 003 were distributed before that, and the site holds no archived copy of them.
Reconciling the early issues against our own production and distribution records turned up genuine contradictions — a duplicated file, a date that proved wrong, an edition we can find no trace of reaching anyone. Rather than smooth that over, this page states what is verified, what is not, and why. Where the record is broken we say so and leave it open, and where we have already published something incorrect we mark the correction rather than quietly editing it.
If you subscribed in June 2026 and still have those emails, we would genuinely like to hear from you. A reader's copy is better evidence than anything we hold. agbexar@gigasphere.io

No evidence of distribution. Issue 003 entered production — an internal review on July 3, 2026 found the run had picked up stale premiere-edition content, and the local file bearing its name is a duplicate of the premiere rather than an Issue 003 source. We can find no announcement of an Issue 003 on any channel. On the present evidence it appears the edition was caught in review and never reached readers, but we cannot state that as fact.
Announced on June 23 and again on June 25, 2026 as “coming this week,” under the masthead AI Freight Intel Weekly | Issue #002. The announcement describes the issue's scope but not its five stories, and we have recovered no copy of the edition itself. We have not been able to confirm what finally went out under the number 002.
Premiere edition, distributed before this site carried issue pages. Announced the evening of June 15, 2026. The five stories below are confirmed by two independent sources — our archived premiere file and the public launch announcement, which match story for story. Correction, July 25, 2026: this entry previously gave the date as June 1, 2026, taken from a date field in our archived file. The distribution record shows the premiere published the week of June 15. The earlier date was a drafting artefact and has been corrected.
Unplaced record
One further set of five stories exists in our files, carrying draft-preview metadata and a July 10, 2026 date, but it is not the lineup that published as Issue 004. We record it here rather than discard it, and we do not assign it to an issue number:
- Autonomous freight moves from pilot to production
- Chinese-made lidar flagged as a security risk for AV trucks
- MOL and IBM Japan launch real-time AI ship monitoring
- Air India Cargo goes live on cargo.one's booking platform
- Michelin Connected Fleet ships a natural-language AI assistant
Whether this was an earlier draft, a rejected cut, or an edition that reached readers under another number is unresolved.
Publication record
The five-story format is fixed. It is not a target or an average — every issue contains exactly five reported stories, and the constraint is deliberate: it forces a ranking decision every week rather than allowing an unfiltered feed.
The publication currently runs weekly on Fridays. The premiere edition was dated a Monday, so the schedule shifted at some point in June 2026; the exact date of that change is not something we can evidence, and we are not going to invent it.
