Editorial
Armando Galvan-Holbrook founded AI Freight Intel in 2026. He has spent ten years in expedite freight and still drives — he is a 1099 owner-operator leased to BTX Express under FedEx Custom Critical authority. He is also the founder and chief executive of Giga-Sphere OS, LLC, the company that publishes AI Freight Intel.
He writes and edits every issue of this publication.
AI Freight Intel is a one-person newsroom. We say so rather than implying a staff we do not have. Every story is reported, written, verified, and edited by the person named above, who takes responsibility for every published word.
Publication record
AI Freight Intel publishes exactly five reported stories every Friday. Each story answers the same seven questions: what changed, why it matters, who is affected, what to watch, what action to consider, what it means in plain English, and what it means for the people actually moving freight.
Ownership
AI Freight Intel is published by Giga-Sphere OS, LLC, which builds business-in-a-box software for the 1099 gig economy — including tools used by owner-operators and small fleets in trucking. We disclose this on every page rather than in a footnote, because a reader is entitled to know who owns the publication they are reading.
Our editorial standards set out how that ownership is handled — what we will not do, what we disclose, and what a reader can hold us to. Our about page covers the publication's mission and independence in full.
