Requesting an interview with us
Our editor is available for interviews on freight market conditions, trucking regulation and enforcement, AI adoption in transportation, and the working reality of expedite freight from the driver's seat. He is an active 1099 owner-operator, which constrains scheduling more than it constrains willingness — give us a few days' notice where you can.
Pitching us
We read every pitch. We publish five stories a week, so we decline most of them, and we would rather tell you that plainly than leave you waiting.
What works
- A primary document — a filing, a rule, a court decision, a dataset — and a reason it matters to someone operating trucks
- An executive or engineer who can speak specifically about a decision they made, what it cost, and what they would do differently
- Something verifiable that nobody has reported yet
What does not
- Product announcements with no operational consequence
- Survey results without a published methodology or sample size
- Any request for pre-publication review of an article. We will check quotes with a source for accuracy; we do not send stories for approval.
Press credentials and event coverage
AI Freight Intel requests media credentials for transportation industry conferences, trade shows, and association events. When we do, we disclose our ownership in the request itself rather than waiting to be asked, so you never have to discover it.
The disclosure, stated here too: AI Freight Intel is published by Giga-Sphere OS, LLC, which builds business-in-a-box software for the 1099 gig economy — including tools used by owner-operators and small fleets in trucking. If that ownership makes a credential inappropriate in your judgment, we would rather you say so than work around it.
We do not conduct sales activity of any kind while holding media credentials. No demonstrations, no pitches, no lead capture for sales purposes. If Giga-Sphere OS ever exhibits at an event AI Freight Intel is covering, the two register separately, staff separately, and the relationship is disclosed in the coverage.
We ask permission before photographing exhibits, products, or individuals. We treat business meetings and membership sessions as closed unless told otherwise. We accept no paid travel, no paid lodging, and no gift over nominal value.
Organisers evaluating a credential request from us are welcome to review our masthead, our editorial standards, our published archive, and our ownership disclosure — or to write to us with any question at all.

We do not publish audience or reach figures we cannot substantiate. When we have audited or methodologically documented numbers, they will appear here.
